They are now looking to appoint a Finance Director to play a key role in shaping the next stage of the journey.
This is a senior leadership position with real influence across the organisation. Reporting to the CFO and stepping in as required, you will take ownership of the day-to-day Finance function, ensuring strong financial control, governance and insight while supporting long-term strategic goals.
You’ll work closely with the Leadership Team and Board, contributing to major decisions and helping ensure the business continues to grow in a sustainable, well-governed way.
Strategic & Leadership Contribution
Act as a senior finance representative across leadership and stakeholder forums
Support board reporting, investor updates and strategic initiatives
Contribute to financial strategy, capital planning and long-term value creation
Partner with senior leaders to support delivery of the wider business strategy
Provide informed challenge around risk, compliance and investment decisions
Financial Oversight
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
Maintain strong statutory, regulatory and audit compliance
Oversee cash flow, working capital and treasury activity
Manage external relationships including auditors, advisors and financial partners
Drive continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements
Commercial Insight
Deliver clear financial analysis to support pricing, margins and performance improvement
Work cross-functionally on business cases and commercial initiatives
Translate complex data into practical, decision-ready insight
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards aligned to business performance
People Leadership
Lead, coach and develop a capable and engaged Finance team
Build future-ready capability within the function
Encourage a culture of accountability, curiosity and continuous improvement
Play an active role in shaping leadership culture and organisational values
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership role
Background in a high-growth, complex or investor-backed environment is beneficial
Commercially astute with the ability to influence both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Confident turning strategy into robust financial plans and outcomes
A credible, collaborative leader who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving business
